a day to sleep in, a day to catch up and a day to enjoy some quiet times in my apartment.
we have been busy...this full time working thing; coupled with wanting to celebrate the amazing moments in life with friends (birthdays, dinners, visits, baseball games, etc.)
today i'm cashing in on a personal day. one for just me.
(it acutally started last night with an amazing facial at the aveda salon down the street) but today, its sleeping in, its reading, its having a warm cup of coffee and some french toast at 11am; its cleaning the apartment in my pj's, its putting everything back where it belongs...like getting the shoes back onto the shoe rack, its getting the clothes from the clean laundry pile into the dressers....
today i will get the time i need to feel organized and recharged for the busy weekend ahead!
we have a play off baseball game tonight and my dad will be in town to join us for fleet week tomorrow!
all good things to come; but i am so thankful for my personal day today!
