in one week from today i will be running my first half marathon of 2012.
i am excited to see how many 13.1 mile (and other running) events i complete this year
i am excited to see if i can continue to get faster and beat my previous times.
running has been good to me.
in this past year its been my go-to stress reliever,
(something that has pushed me out of work on time as to beat the sunset)
its provided me with hours of much needed alone time
(something i have come to love and appreciate)
its provided me with my mental break time,
(something i have been surprised by)
its been rewarding feeling myself get stronger
(something i love)
its been rewarding being able to run farther and faster, slowly but surely.
i hope to keep running as long as i am able
